John Arruda is a Massachusetts native and has been a Greater Boston resident for over a decade. He first came to the city as a chef, where he developed the problem-solving mindset and attention to detail that define his approach today.

While living and working in Boston, John quickly became aware of the housing challenges many people face in the city’s competitive rental market. Seeing how difficult the process could be—especially for newcomers relocating for work or school—he recognized an opportunity to make a meaningful difference.

John later became a licensed real estate agent and now specializes in helping people relocate to Boston. His focus is on guiding renters through the city’s unique housing cycle and helping them find the right home with confidence and clarity.
